Evaluation

The time and cost required varies according to the individual’s age and needs.

We begin with a tele-consultation (30 minutes) with one of our professionals—in this file-opening session, we will discuss your situation and determine an evaluation plan and the cost.

Therapy

140$ per 50-minute session

82$ per 25-minute session

Other Fees

Telephone Calls: 30$ per 15-minute phone call ($1.00 per additional minute)

Documentation: starting at 40$ per form

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation received less than 24 hours before the appointment, fees corresponding to 50% of the hourly session rate will be charged. In case of cancellation received less than 12 hours before the appointment, fees corresponding to 100% of the hourly session rate will be charged.

Instead of canceling, a client has the option to request that their appointment be transferred to telepractice or parental coaching, at no additional cost or penalties, if the request is made at least 2 hours before the appointment. The client can also request a rescheduled appointment within the same week (6 calendar days following), but this will depend on the availability of their clinician or language stimulation agent.

However, please note that in the event of a no-show at an appointment without prior notice to the clinician, fees corresponding to 100% of the hourly session rate will be charged, along with any applicable travel fees.
